Pay That Rewards the Work

Fleet drivers can earn up to $100,000* per year. Exact earning potential depends on route, home location, CDL experience, and bonus eligibility.

Pay includes:

  • Mile and stop pay, paid weekly, at competitive rates:
    • CPM range: $0.45–$0.80 per mile based on location and experience*
    • Stop pay range: $22–$80 depending on location*
  • Bonus potential. Drivers may qualify for quarterly safety bonuses.*

Full-time drivers earn paid vacation on their service anniversary date. Vacation starts at just 6 months on the job and grows to 2 weeks after year one, up to 5 weeks with tenure.
